1. Acceptance of Terms

Wild & Whisker reserves the right to modify these Terms. Updates will be posted on this website and will apply prospectively as permitted by law.

2. Business Operations and Third-Party Fulfillment

Wild & Whisker operates an online retail storefront offering apparel, jewelry, pet products, accessories, home décor, and related merchandise.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Order Acceptance

Applicable taxes and any shipping charges will be disclosed during checkout.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Wild & Whisker may cancel or refuse orders for legitimate reasons, including:

• Product unavailability.
• Material pricing or listing errors.
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
• Incomplete or inaccurate delivery information.
• Inability to fulfill an order.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, an appropriate refund will be issued.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Fulfillment

Wild & Whisker uses third-party fulfillment and shipping services.

Estimated processing and delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Customers acknowledge that products purchased together may be shipped separately.

Wild & Whisker is not responsible for delays beyond its reasonable control, but will comply with applicable laws governing shipment delays, order cancellation, refunds, and delivery obligations.

Customers must provide accurate shipping information. If an address error is discovered, customers should contact Wild & Whisker promptly.

6. Limited Returns and Refunds

Because Wild & Whisker offers print-on-demand merchandise and third-party fulfilled products, returns are limited as follows.

Print-on-Demand and Custom-Made Merchandise

Products manufactured or printed specifically for an order generally cannot be returned or exchanged because of:

• Change of mind.
• Incorrect size selected by the customer.
• Customer preference regarding color or design.
• Accidental ordering.
• Other reasons unrelated to product defects or fulfillment errors.

If merchandise arrives defective, damaged, materially misdescribed, or incorrect, customers are entitled to appropriate remedies under applicable law.

Customers should report problems promptly, preferably within 14 days of delivery, and provide photographs when reasonably available. This requested reporting period does not eliminate statutory rights.

Other Merchandise

Eligible non-custom merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to prior authorization and the following conditions:

• Merchandise must be unused and unworn.
• Original packaging and included accessories must be present where reasonably possible.
• Customers must obtain return instructions before shipping merchandise back.

Certain products may be excluded from discretionary returns for hygiene, safety, or other legitimate reasons, where properly disclosed.

Unless required otherwise by law or agreed by Wild & Whisker, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with discretionary returns.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Nothing in this section restricts rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

7. Order Cancellations and Modifications

Orders may enter production or fulfillment shortly after purchase.

Once an order has entered production or shipment processing, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

Customers should contact Wild & Whisker immediately if a change is required.

Any legally required cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.

8. Pet Products and Animal Safety

Wild & Whisker sells certain products intended for pets, including collars, clothing, toys, beds, and furniture.

Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their animals’ size, physical condition, temperament, and intended use.

Customers should follow manufacturer instructions and inspect products for wear, damage, or potential hazards.

Pets should be supervised when using products that could present chewing, entanglement, choking, or ingestion risks.

Wild & Whisker does not provide veterinary advice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for defective products or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Intellectual Property and Original Artwork

Unless otherwise stated, original Wild & Whisker artwork, logos, graphics, photographs, product designs, text, and other creative materials are owned by Wild & Whisker or used with authorization from their respective rights holders.

No customer or third party may reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or sell protected content without permission, except where allowed by law.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright, trademark ownership, or commercial reproduction rights.

Unauthorized use may result in appropriate legal action.

10. Customer Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Customers may not use this website to:

• Engage in fraud or unlawful activity.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the website or customer accounts.
• Distribute malicious software.
• Misrepresent identity or payment authorization.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
